Shipping Times
You will receive tracking information when your order is processed. We ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
After your order is processed it will be shipped. Please allow 6-12 days for shipping.
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect address, please reach out to us at help@liarahome.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to update your shipping address.
If your order has already been processed to an incorrect address, we will be unable to cancel the order and refund you.
Missing Orders
If your order exceeds 30+ days in transit from the date of shipment as shown in the tracking information, we will issue a refund.
In the event that your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. We are unable to provide refunds for orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions
- Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the Shipping Protection service provided by Liara Home ("we", "us", "our"). By opting into our Shipping Protection at checkout, you ("you", "your", the "customer") agree to these terms.
- Shipping Protection Service: Our Shipping Protection service is designed to protect your purchase from damage during transit. When you opt for Shipping Protection at checkout, you are securing the possibility to claim for a replacement or refund should your items be compromised during delivery.

Making a Claim: To file a claim, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time. Please provide:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of any damage

Determining Claim Eligibility: Eligibility for claims under the Shipping Protection service is determined at the sole discretion of our customer service representatives at Liara Home. The decision will be based on the evidence you provide and your history of past claims. Our team will consider:
- The nature and extent of the damage
- The circumstances of the delivery
- Any previous claims you have made with us
- Claim Resolution: Once a claim is deemed eligible, we will process your claim for either a replacement of the damaged goods or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. We aim to resolve all claims within 10 business days.

Exclusions: Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Items left unattended in a visible or unsafe place at your delivery address after delivery
- Damage reported after 48 hours of the delivery date
- Orders for which the Shipping Protection was not purchased
- Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Shipping Protection service following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
